London’s casinos are a mix of 1968 Act clubs that dropped membership after 2007 and newer venues. Four of them share a building or a block with a hotel: two in Knightsbridge and Kensington, one in Mayfair and one by Tottenham Court Road. The Trocadero at Piccadilly Circus, which already houses the Zedwell hotel, has a Genting casino announced for October 2026; we will add it once it is open and verified.
